About Gerilyn

Gerilyn Harris serves as Senior Of Counsel to Gideon Law Group and as a Managing Partner in the law firm of Harris LLP.  Based in San Diego, California, Gerilyn’s practice with Gideon provides general counsel to California churches and non-profit corporations, ensuring legal compliance in a variety of matters related to corporate operations and governance.  Gerilyn’s fourteen years of experience include multiple victories as a first-chair trial attorney, winning jury verdicts and bench trials on behalf of victims of criminal violence.  More recently, Gerilyn has successfully represented clients in complex civil litigation and served as General Counsel to a privately held corporation with over sixty employees, providing counsel on critical transaction and employment issues.  Apart from the law, Gerilyn spends most of her time with family and close friends and enjoys quiet moments with a good book.
