About David

David Harris serves as Senior Of Counsel to Gideon Law Group and as a Managing Partner in the law firm of Harris LLP.  Based in San Diego, California, David’s practice with Gideon provides general legal counsel to California churches and non-profit corporations, to ensure compliance with state and federal law on a variety of matters related to corporate governance and church operations.  David represents and advises individuals and corporate entities in a wide variety of civil matters ranging from contract issues, to employment law, to complex litigation and class actions.  An attorney of fourteen years, David has successfully handled multimillion-dollar lawsuits before trial and appellate courts nationwide, including a unanimous victory as lead counsel before the U.S. Supreme Court in a high-stakes contract case.  Outside of practicing law, David enjoys spending most of his spare time with his wife, Gerilyn, and their four amazing children.
